About CJ CJ was born in Columbus, OH. CJ received his real estate license in 2016 & is being developed and mentored by Rich. Prior to earning his realtor's license, he studied Political Science and Art at The Ohio State University, making him a true buckeye. A former student himself, Carlton understands and advocates for proper education. He ensures his clients are properly informed on each step of the home purchasing process. This guarantees his clients are in a position to make the best financial and life decision for them. CJ likes to spend his free time with his family and is a part-time photographer/artist. CJ was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. CJ was raised in Columbus. As a child, CJhad aspirations of being a Attorney. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. As the years went by, CJ worked his way from White Castle to Rich Russo Realty & Co., never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. CJ got into the real estate industry 9 years ago when Rich Russo (a previous AT&T client of his) suggested him to go into Real Estate. After shadowing Rich for 2 weeks CJ quickly knew this was something he could see himself doing. He set out to create a better lifestyle for him and his family compared to his upbringings. As his career advanced, CJ found his stride working with first time home buyers, home sellers, investors and relocation buyers.
