About Rich Rich was raised in Brooklyn N.Y. with 5 siblings. As a child, Rich had aspirations of being a Health Care professional. Never in a million years did he think he would stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Rich was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. As the years went by, Rich worked his way from a construction job to later a U.S. Federal employee never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Rich got into the real estate industry 17 years ago when he purchased his first non primary residence property in Boynton Beach Florida by leveraging a home equity line of credit. Rich set out to acquire more rental properties and also assists his buyer clients as well. Rich founded Oasis Property Investments Inc., a Real Estate Investments company. He is an Investor and a Licensed Realtor in Florida. Rich is an expert in on and off market transactions including Single Family residential, Multifamily, Land and Commercial properties. Throughout his career, Rich has earned numerous 5 star reviews that can be seen on rate my agent and on google reviews. Rich lives in Boynton Beach with his wife Norma and two french bull dogs Coco and Gunner. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, reading, playing guitar and singing and writing.
