Frank began his real estate practice in 1985 after successfully earning his law degree (JD) fromThomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA. Based on his legal background he prefers a consultative approach in working with clients. His main objective is to make the selling or buying of real estate as easy as possible without any surprises for the client. Knowing the in's and out's of the home selling & buying process as he does, he is very experienced in working together with the over 40+ other individuals who are involved with your typical home sale transaction. He also offers an array of other ancillary services that may be of benefit to his clients. Regarding all aspects of real estate sales, Frank has an expertise and specializes in, among others, luxury homes, probate/trust sales, divorce situations, distressed homes, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and target marketing. Frank lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife, Laurie and his dog, Simon. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, pizza, wine, sports, traveling, going to the gym, and reading.
