able to walk us through the process, but she was also able to keep our family from falling apart. The one thing Alberta did that I found was most interesting. She always scheduled a meeting or conference call with everyone at the same time. Even though I was the Administrator and could make all the final decisions. She did not want any of my sibling to feel left out. I really like that. Because everyone was angry, her approach helped us get through the process with ease.

Alberta was a gem.
Had a wonderful experience selling my home with Alberta! She went above and beyond what was required of her and delivered great customer service and made me feel taken care of. I had to quickly sell my home due to relocating across the country because of work. During this process she took care of the little things without me asking him, (installing/replacing smoke detectors) and the big things like being project manager for contractors and cleaners that had to service the property due to last minute issues comping out of inspection. To top it off, she did all this while I was across the country and kept me updated the entire time. She made the entire process painless and took a huge burden off my back without being asked. Her dedication, level of service, and attentiveness is unmatched. I wish more realtors had this level of service.
