• Use a headline that will get noticed. A great headline is a must, especially for online advertising—it’s what tells people to click (or not click) on your ad. Create a headline that will catch the buyer’s attention. • Consider a promo video. Videos are becoming a major player in the real estate market. You’re essentially giving buyers a virtual tour of your property and helping them envision what it would be like to live there. This can help drive focused, interested buyers into viewing your home in person. Videos can also help communicate your home’s value, which may help justify the asking price.
PROMOTE YOUR LISTING IN MORE PLACES, AND FREQUENTLY
As mentioned, even if you have the perfect listing, if it doesn’t end up in front of the right pair of eyes, you may have a harder time selling. List your property in as many places, as you can: the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), social media, online classifieds and forums, Facebook marketplace and local sale groups, eBay, and anywhere else that makes sense! This will increase your exposure and chances of garnering more interest, ultimately selling your home faster. Not only do you need to promote your listing in multiple places, but you also need to renew your ads regularly to stay fresh and keep your information at the top so people see it.
