was the calm in a stormy situation. Barry would call us to give us a heads-up about the market and help us strategize appropriately. Sometimes he would just listen to us vent about the situation—building a home in a post-pandemic world is not for the faint of heart! We were able to close on our beautiful dream home with an interest rate far below the going rate because of Barry’s hard work. Our realtor was shocked at closing! Barry was an advocate for us when other parties in the transaction had let us down. We consider Barry a family friend now. He has walked alongside our family through good times and bad.
