I am looking forward to hearing from  you.   Sincerely, AGENT  Text Follow-Up  You might choose to follow up with a text message, especially if your clients are younger. Start  friendly and casual. Try something like:   Hi [Name], it’s [Your Name]. Hope you’re having a great weekend! I wanted to follow up with you about an  email I sent. It had a link to a survey about our experience working together. I haven’t heard from you, so I  wanted to make sure you got it.   If they say they did not get your email, tell them you’ll resend it right then.   If they say they got it but have not had time to do it, offer to ask them the questions on the phone  instead and schedule a call.
