How to Turn Past Clients - Authorify

SUBJECT: [Client's First Name] , thanks so much for reviewing me!  Dear [Client's Name],

I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to write an honest review of my service. As a Realtor,  I live and die on reviews. The more reviews I get, the more efficiently I can tailor my service to  clients’ needs. Also, if you’re anything like me, you like to go online and read reviews before buying  anything or using any service. It doesn't matter if you’re buying a car, shopping for a 60" flat screen  TV, or hiring a plumber — you want to know what others have experienced so you don't make a  costly mistake you'll regret later.  Your feedback was eye-opening for me and helps me understand how I'm doing as a Realtor — and  which areas I can improve on.  To show how much I appreciate your review, I have a gift I would LOVE to give you.   [You won’t need to give them another gift if they already won a contest or participated in a giveaway online  that earned them a gift. But if they didn’t receive a gift of some sort, it’s a good idea to make sure they get  one.]  Thank you so much for the time you spent giving me feedback, and I'm looking forward to hearing

from you soon!  [Realtor’s name]
