BUYER’S STORY
When Jean-François and Catherine were shopping for a new home, Catherine and Jean-François wanted a very specific location having lived a condo life up to now on a busy street in Outremont, a Montreal suburb. More importantly, they we're now were planning to start a family. So where they were going to move was fundamental in their search. They looked at many desirable properties but didn’t find any that were right for them. Some were overpriced; others had obstructed views. The search went on for almost a year until they found an older home on a quiet street a short walk from transport, schools and all other important amenities when searching. The exterior was in need of some updating and interior was not 100 % encouraging initially, but when they stepped onto the 2nd floor of Centurion home they found a custom updated master bedroom and potential baby secondary room and were sold.
