chapters to the worth of a good real estate agent, but perhaps you can see now how your agent might have failed you, playing a part in your home languishing on the market. Consider some actions your agent took, such as how they advised or helped with your listing, including detailed sales descriptions and high- quality photos, where they listed your property, whether they informed their professional network of buyers about your property, etc.? Did they mention the option of a promo video and help you with that? Did they show passion for selling your home with your best interests in mind? How professional and communicative were they? If you’re not getting results and you’re not happy with your agent, maybe it’s time to hire a new one (see Part 2 of this book) and finally get your house off the market and SOLD.
