Hey there! I’m Lalla Fitzpatrick.
I work with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in Monroe County and surrounding areas, and I help people who struggle to find the perfect home for their families. To that end I have earned my Accredited Buyer Representative Designation, At Home With Diversity, and I am a Certified International Property Specialist. I work hard for each one of my clients. Helping people find their new home gives me a great deal of personal satisfaction. The greatest praise I have ever received was: "In the past I have worked with other representatives and none of them have ever gone to the limits like this person. When a person is this good at what they do. It is just amazing. Thank you!" I also work equally as hard to get my sellers the maximum dollar amount for their home with the least amount of stress. I prepare all my listings to show in the best possible light. I arrange for professional photos, video and 3D Tours for all my listings. I custom tailor each marketing plan to my seller's individual needs. This includes, but not limited to Social Media, TV ads, print ads, open houses, and professional flyers.
