About Al Russo Al was raised in San Diego, California with 2 siblings. As a child, Al had aspirations of being a police officer, and eventually did in 1987. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover where you’re meant to help people in life. Al was taught at a young age that if you want something meaningful in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Al worked his way from working in his family's restaurants to law enforcement and working with parents in custody matters, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Al got into the real estate industry 8 years ago while sending people he spoke with to his own real estate agent and then realized he had a knack for connecting people, especially bringing buyers and sellers together. It only made sense to become licensed and solve the challenges buyers and sellers encounter in difficult circumstances. And everyone knows a realtor, usually several. But people don't buy what you do... ...they buy why you do it . Al believes there is no fulfillment for him outside of a life of service by example in family, in business and community relationships. As his career advanced, Al found his stride working with sellers who don't have time to market, negotiate their home or stay up on changes in real estate laws where material facts and details in disclosures define how to protect clients in one of the most expensive transactions in their lives, a home buying or selling event.
