About Gregory Brown
Back in the 1980s, Gregory read a book about real estate investing and that started his career in real estate. Greg’s focus has been to find problem properties and fix the problems. Through the years, he’s purchased, held, flipped, and sold multiple types of properties: 5-plex, duplexes, single family homes, and condominiums. Along the way, he made some mistakes, but always found a way to turn problems into profit through understanding real estate trends and buyer motivations. Gregory is now using his accumulated knowledge to help home owners pinpoint their home problems and understand the most affordable solutions for the best return on investment. Gregory’s three successful careers all bring experiences and skills to his real estate agent business to add value to clients. Gregory grew up in Bellevue, Wash., and loved sports. He played baseball at the University of Washington and during his senior year he was the team captain, made the All-Pac-10 team, and honored as the team’s most inspirational player. After graduating with a communications degree, he began his award-winning journalism career. Asking the right questions, great storytelling, and dealing with deadlines are all transferable to real estate. He then created a books series for called "Positively for Kids." The biographies on famous athletes required expert negotiations and influencing to land 28 of America’s most popular athletes. His books sold 500,000 copies, including a national best-seller.
