Tom started talking to us a year before we even moved to Florida, he answered questions about the areas we were looking at the school districts and awesome things to do . The time came to start viewing homes, he was understanding as this was our first time buying a home and walked us through each step told us what to expect and fought for us when all the unexpected came . He guided us away from a couple homes that wouldn't have been in our best interest and got us the best home for our family .
