About Kerry Klun erry Klun Kerry was born in Minneapolis but because of her father's job she was raised internationally living in places such as Jamaica, Libya, Egypt, Greece and Saudi Arabia. She moved to Denver in 1978 for college. But, never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Kerry started out in real estate in 1990 in Denver after years in corporate America. She joined a local real estate company and in her 2nd month in the business was named Sales Leader of the month. From there she was either Sales Leader or Listing Leader in the office every single month . Having no previous experience in real estate she felt that she wanted an upgrade, a challenge. To work with people that would push her and from whom she could learn the business. Kerry bought into a Remax office in Denver as a Broker Associate and really started to soar. She was working with people that really knew the business, and she garnered a lot of great knowledge and experience. From there, Kerry exceled and rose to the level that 85% of her business came directly from repeat or referral clients. In 2012, wanting to live in a warmer climate and closer to the ocean, Kerry moved to Brevard County to start her own boutique brokerage, Thus Palm Realty was born. Palm Realty offered a new and exciting way to do business. Kerry exceled and once again sees a large percentage of her business from repeat and referral clients. Kerry has been a full time real estate broker for over 30 years now. She is an expert at representing buyers and sellers, and has the experience necessary to assist you in navigating today's complex real estate market.
