Before I became an agent, I was a loan processor throughout the state of Wyoming. I moved to the Black Hills, where I bought a log home close to Mount Rushmore. As a home owner, I understand the difficulties that one might have through the purchasing process. Because of my previous loan experience, I sold mortgage loans in the Black Hills and became a Buyer's Agent in 2005. I then sold Real Estate for Raben Real Estate in Rapid City, South Dakota until I moved to California. The people in California are as friendly as the ones I worked with in the Black Hills. It's been five years since I have begun selling property in California, and I have found that I am especially good with those clients that want to retire and move to the foothills.
