About Sarah Sarah Thress was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a child, Sarah had aspirations of being an olympic gymnast and a teacher. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble (literally) into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Sarah was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard doing various jobs that helped shape her into who she is today. Sarah worked her way through college doing everything from telemarketing to car window tinting, travel agent to server all of which helped put her through school. After graduating from Oklahoma State University she moved to Columbus, Ohio to be closer to her parents and little sister. After college, she started with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and worked her way up to a branch manager quickly. After leaving that career path, Sarah was a corporate travel agent and meeting and event coordinator until she took the leap of faith into a whole new career- Development (fundraising). Sarah held various leadership roles in development at The Ohio State University, TheFurniture Bank and Ohio Health. Sarah got into the real estate industry in 2020, after a fellow student in her MBA class suggested she would be great at it. After graduating with her MBA from Franklin university, she decided to pursue her real estate license and then took a second leap of faith by leaving her 15 year career in Development/ Fundraising to pursue Real Estate.
