Case Study #7: Home in Overland Park was Listed for $499000, and the seller overpriced the home, the recommended price was $450000, But I created 6 offers to not to sell it at $450000, instead sold at $470000, and didn't have to reduce the listing price that was extremely overpriced. and sold & closed in 45 days. Best value to the seller client of mine I provided as I promised. Case Study #8: My buyer client after the inspection, we successfully negotiated the price that the seller would pay for the half of the repair cost, which was $7000, and therefore reducing the price of the home by $7000.
