A Letter from Your Dog (or Your Beloved Pet):
Dear Human,
I know you’ve been feeling a little frustrated about selling our home. Honestly, I feel it too. I still get chills every time I think about that last round of showings. Remember the day I was locked in my crate for hours while strangers walked through our house? I cried, barked, and eventually fell silent, wondering why it was taking so long to sell. While you’re busy cleaning and stressing, I’ve been doing some thinking. What if there’s a better way to sell our home? A way that doesn’t involve me spending endless hours in my crate or you scrubbing every surface for buyers who aren’t serious? I think I’ve cracked the code: What if we could show the home only to buyers who were genuinely interested? Here’s how it could work: • We would have an agent (a really good one, by the way) who pre-qualifies the buyers before they even walk through the door. • These buyers would know all about the house upfront, its features, the price, and what makes it special. • That way, only serious buyers would schedule showings, and we’d cut down on unnecessary stress and time-wasting visits.
