She is honored to carry on his legacy with a steadfast commitment to excellence in the real estate industry. With a sales associate’s license earned in 1992 and a broker’s license obtained in 1997, Tina brings over 30 years of experience to her role. After 26 years with her previous company, she was drawn to Morrie’s office concept and made the decision to join his firm. Shortly thereafter, she was invited to serve as consulting broker and educational director—a role she embraced wholeheartedly. Building on her background in teaching and office management, Tina has continued to uphold Morrie’s vision with dedication and the highest standards of professionalism. Her roots go back to Kansas, where her father, an entrepreneur who owned multiple businesses, instilled in her the values of honesty, integrity, and the importance of relationships. He often reminded her that “your word is your bond,” a principle that has guided every aspect of her personal and professional life. Real estate has proven to be the perfect career path, allowing Tina to put professionalism, integrity, and loyalty into action every day. Today, she proudly balances her work as a full-time agent, managing broker, and educator. She teaches continuing education courses and manages the office, keeping her closely connected to both agents and the evolving real estate industry.
