There is no doubt that new appliances make an impact on buyers. The National Association of Realtors® conducted a survey of buyers in the market over the past several years and found that: Carefully inspect your bathroom and kitchen hardware. If it is unsightly or worn, it should be replaced. Put yourself in a buyer’s shoes; your old home will potentially be their new home, after all.
