About Tim Tim was raised in Williamsburg, VA with 3 siblings. As a child, he had aspirations of being an attorney. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict when or where you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. He was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Tim worked his way from a young lifeguard, a restaurant manger and all the way to a residential stucco installation project manager...never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Tim got into the real estate industry 15 years ago when a friend suggested Real Estate sales to utilize his high level of communication skills. So, he set out to become the youngest licensed Broker in his Association...and he did it! As his career advanced, Tim found his stride working with both buyers and sellers from all walks of life. He’s a Real Estate expert in the Williamsburg and surrounding areas and works with a team at Liz Moore and Associates which ranks 1st in the market share of brokerages. Tim lives in Williamsburg with his family-Taylor, Gabriella Cullen and Olivia. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, golfing and dining out . Tim aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
