About Janice J Phillip As once a divorcee, walking away and leaving everything to my ex, I can say that the processes was really draining and frustrating. Divorce offered me the clarity in my life that I need. There were people in my life who didn’t make the journey with me. Relationships that just didn’t seem worth my limited time and my very stretched and raw emotions. Sometimes you must be in this real, honest place to access your life. Some people don’t make the cut. That's why I am here, I am doing this to educate people who are experiencing the same. During my free time, I love cleaning, knitting, reading and crochet is how I unwind after a long week working hard for my clients — and that’s not just a cop-out. I have dedicated my life to helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. I was raised on a mini farm in Gilkes Village, Bridgetown, Barbados with my 4 siblings. I was taught from a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what I did, worked hard. But that’s not to say I didn’t have fun along the way. I got into the real estate industry because I want to be my own boss, choose my own time while getting to know others. It feels great and satisfied knowing how much I have helped people through major times in their lives. From a new couple buying their first house to families buying a vacation home or a bachelor getting his ultimate bachelor pad. As a real estate agent, I have the pleasure of helping people through each stage in their lives and truly being a part of a community. Being a real estate agent, I sometimes become part counselor, part life coach, and part mentor. It has been very rewarding for me as a real estate professional who have a passion for giving back. I like helping other find they beautiful dream homes.
