Sweep the pathways and driveway. You don’t want pictures of cobwebs around your doorways or of water-stained windows. Take strategic photos from angles that really show off your home. Following the above tips should make this easier because you won’t be trying to avoid capturing the grass or bushes in the photos. DRONES These days, anyone can use drone technology to capture video and images from the sky. Drone photography and videography can take your listing to a whole new level (no pun intended). Because use of civilian drones is governed by state and/or local laws, you might want to consider hiring a licensed drone photographer, “borrowing” the skills of someone you know, or getting a license to fly one yourself (if there’s time). Drone photography provides a big-picture perspective of your property that even you have probably never seen before. VIDEOWALKTHROUGH Taking potential buyers on a walkthrough of their future home could be just the motivation they need to schedule a showing and ultimately make a purchase decision.
