Because use of civilian drones is governed by state and/or local laws, you might want to consider hiring a licensed drone photographer, “borrowing” the skills of someone you know, or getting a license to fly one yourself (if there’s time). Drone photography provides a big-picture perspective of your property that even you have probably never seen before.
