As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, Nancy represents buyers and sellers pivoting in life due to divorce, death, and downshifting. She has co-hosted educational presentations on various real estate issues, including aging in place, downsizing, estate sales, avoiding probate in Nevada, and strategies to build a successful real estate portfolio. Nancy is a current member of the National Association of Realtors, the Nevada Association of Realtors, and the Las Vegas Association of Realtors. She has held memberships in the Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders, and a long affiliation with the National Association of Women in Construction.
