In my role as CEO and Broker at Moroti Realty & Properties, Inc., I oversee all aspects of the company’s operations. This includes negotiating residential and commercial real estate deals, listing properties for sale, and ensuring the highest quality service to clients and investors. I am responsible for coordinating the company’s operations, establishing company policies, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, I conduct regular internal audits to verify the accuracy of documentation and ensure compliance across all business lines. Prior to my current role, I served as the CEO and Broker at 1st National Bay Financial Group, Inc. from April 2003 to July 2010. There, I led the company in negotiating all forms of real estate transactions and was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. I implemented policies to ensure smooth business operations, compliance with regulations, and regularly performed internal audits to maintain the integrity of documentation.
