On one of our bids, we got some interest but the seller was asking for quite a few things. She could have told us to accept the asks knowing how desperate we were but she recommended we decline and keep looking. She could have made an easy commission from us but knew it wasn't in our best interest. The house we actually got; we didn't even want to put a bid in but Annette said ""you won't know unless you put in an offer."" In the end it was us and two investors and with all the work that Annette put in for us, the sellers ended up picking us. She's a wizard!
