These license agreements are almost always short and simple, with easy-to-read language instead of the complicatedness of a leasing contract. They are easier to understand and therefore quicker to create and negotiate. This means they will give you flexibility with time, as the process is much faster. This (along with price) is the main reason tenants prefer this setup. If you need three desks or an entire office suite, these coworking spaces offer the options in such short terms that you can easily reduce or expand on a whim. If you need an office for a short period while you go through your real search, this is the best option. It will almost always beat out paying month to month on your current space. Startups that are almost constantly in a transitional period often prefer these to the traditional office space. Many start working at home, but burnout from that and needing a temporary office to keep work at come into play. Every part of these spaces is flexible, from the length of the contract to how often you use it.
Casual Environment
These are often filled with younger companies who prefer open floor plans, or a lot of glass. The common areas support this as well, with lounges or coffee areas.
