What better way to do that than to start your culture over fresh in a new office. Sometimes a new restart like that is all it takes. The physical environment you work in has an effect on your company’s culture, and a fresh new office can translate that feeling into your culture and employee engagement. A positive and happy culture could be the most important thing in an office, and a move may help you regain that if it had been lost. Your office can serve as a way to do this. Consider game rooms or common areas to help the cause.

This is another obvious one but companies don’t take action against this enough because the tenant must build a case in order to void the lease. If the landlord doesn’t live up to any part of the lease, the tenant has a right to void the entire thing after tracking the landlord’s misdeeds for a few months. It’s a lengthy process. Usually, the company will just wait out the lease and look for another property. If you have a non-responsive tenant who is slow or doesn’t make the calls for repairs or maintenance, you need new office space. If they don’t honor parking or any type of space agreements, don’t renew.
