MISCALCULATING COMPANY GROWTH

If you anticipate growth that is too fast, you’ll end up with too much space. It’s extremely important to make a realistic prediction on your company’s future. Too many times, companies overestimate their growth. It is very tough to properly measure but it needs to be done in the smartest ways possible. Plan to have your set amount of square feet per each employee, then use your company’s projections to factor in any amount of new employees you may add. If you can avoid these common problems when you plan out and start your property search, you’ll be setting yourself up for success with a smooth search. Most of these relate to planning out the process early enough and not falling behind with time. Once you take care of those two factors, everything else can fall into place much easier. The most common mistakes made are companies running out of time and being forced to choose a worse deal because of it.
