The process of buying a home can be stressful, even if you’re working with a professional real estate agent, like myself. The law to purchase property is different from state to state. Here in South Carolina, the process is kind of easy but you'll need to hire at least four different experts, and it is highly recommended to use someone who knows the local circumstances and communicate with the other involved professionals.
You will need - a Mortgage Company - an Attorney - an Inspector - an Insurance agent
Every Realtor must recommend at least 3 experts in each category and it's forbidden to get compensated for the recommendation.
