Denise Blevins is wonderful, nice, kind, and very experienced in selling homes and helping sellers purchase a home. Her ideas to help sell a home was very informative. The negotiating skills she used was firm and to the point. She listened to our needs in selling and buying another house. We spent a lot of time together looking at houses and I felt like we were "on the same page" with our likes and dis-likes that each house had to offer us. We realize that agents are quite busy with their schedules in this tough economy. With all the foreclosures, short sales, and listing prices constantly dropping... buyers and sellers feel rushed to see a particular home, hoping not to lose the chance to make an offer before another person...and then the process can turn on you and it feels like it is moving in slow motion. Denise helped us "do our homework" throughout the entire process of selling and buying. She provided prompt information for us after the many times our home was shown. When we were unsure and wanted to see the same houses more than once, she was there to assist us. When someone has a love and passion for their job, it clearly shows because they go out of their way to offer their service and more.
