As a certified instructor for the National Association of REALTORS®, Toni has been teaching the SRES®, Senior Real Estate Specialist designation course for over 6 years. For many years Toni served on panels and lead various courses on the distressed real estate market for fellow realtors. Ms. Patillo resides on the Westside of Los Angeles and is actively involved with the National MS Society, Gift of Sight, Toni’s House (a non-profit transition home for women in recovery), the Older Adult Task Force, Alzheimer’s Greater Los Angeles, OPICA, Wise and Healthy Aging and various other non-profits extending her efforts in the philanthropic space of Giving Back!
