About Marcella Johnson
Marcella was born and raised in northern New Jersey. As a child, she had aspirations of becoming a pediatrician. Never in a million years did she think she’d become a Realtor. However, you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.
Marcella was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, go after it. And that’s exactly what she did.
Marcella became a Realtor 8 years ago when another agent and lender encouraged her to do so, on separate occasions, as she was searching for a great team to work with at acquiring investment properties. Additionally, she felt her stint in Corporate America had come to an end. She jumped in with both feet and never looked back! As her career advanced, she found her stride working with probate estates and multifamily owners. Although she had no intentions of returning to Corporate America, she felt her personality was more aligned with the business sector and set her sights on commercial real estate. She’s an expert in working with both investors who fix-and-flip or buy-and-hold, short sales, commercial leases, probate estates, divorce clients, military and other relocation clients, for-sale-by-owners, and expired listings.
