make repairs and polish things up.When all was said and done the house was on the market for about a week and I got about $140K more than what I could have reasonably hoped for and almost double what I paid 10 years ago. I am not easily impressed but Tammy definitely got the job done. She is the best.

My brother passed away unexpectedly in Redondo beach California. My sister, father and I live in Arizona. Tammy was referred to me by a dear friend of my brothers. What a Godsend she was to our family. She took care of everything for us from forwarding mail,returning cable boxes,packing, moving and selling the majority of the contents. She did a fantastic job taking care of needed repairs and upgrades. She staged the condo in a way that created a bid war. I dont know what we would have done without her expertise and hard work. Words can not truly express the peace of mind she gave us through such a difficult time in our lives Tammy is not your run of the mill agent, she is personable and let me tell you she gets the job done.
