almost three months but never felt 100% comfortable with her services. She did not seem to understand my priorities or the market in the part of the city I wanted to buy in. When I finally decided to quit working with her (and almost gave up on the process all together, believing I would never find anything) I thought of Troy and how responsive and prompt he had been. I contacted him and we began working together more seriously. Within days we found and visited a home that fit my needs perfectly. He involved me in the process of writing the offer and I truly felt that he was looking out for my family's best interests. He was sensitive to the fact that I was a first-time home buyer and that my finances were limited. The sale went through and Troy proved to be supportive and knowledgeable throughout the buying process.
