It takes about 3 months for the register of deeds to release a copy of the title under your name. It will be released to your Notary or Lawyer who will then send you a copy.

Once payment is released to the Seller's lawyer, you are now the legitimate owner and a person who is responsible for the mortgage loan. Your REALTOR will now get the keys from the Seller's Agent to be handed over to you. Nothing can be compared to buying your first home.
