His early career began at ICI Films, where he took on roles as a material handler, shift supervisor, and High Performance Team member before transitioning into sales. From there, he expanded his expertise into real estate, working as a closer with Colon Connelly. Dwayne’s journey then took him into the tech world, where he rose through the ranks—from sales to Vice President of Sales at Networking Technologies and Support. He later served as Branch Manager at Viacom and as Director of Sales at Nfina Technologies, refining his leadership and business development skills while driving teams to success in competitive industries. Throughout his career, he’s held various other roles, always focused on growth, service, and making a meaningful impact in his community. Originally from Hopewell, VA, Dwayne returned to the area in 1989 after leaving the Air Force. He’s married with four children, including his youngest, Emma Grace, who is 11 years old and keeps the family life lively. Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys spending time with family and friends, DJing, and playing with his new puppy, Maggie May, a spirited Great Pyrenees.
