started with Zillow. She responded promptly to my questions from the get go. House hunting could be stressful but these two surely alleviated that burden. My schedule was crazy enough with two little ones, but somehow viewing multiple homes and scheduling them was never stressful. Her husband/team, Sergio, helped me arrange the schedule, was flexible with the schedule and was very prompt in making the appointments. He was always on time, professional yet friendly, and was thorough and honest. Never once, neither Lee nor Sergio, ever made me feel like I have to get a home or feel like I was being pushed in either directions. They reassured me that finding the right home may take time or may be quick, answered my bazillion questions, and guided me every step of the way. I sincerely felt that they looked after what is in my best interest. Once, I bid for a home that seemed perfect for me except for the septic system. Knowing full well that waiving inspection for septic might not be in my best interest for this particular home, Lee advised me to consider electing septic inspection. In the end I lost the bid but I felt like I came ahead because, if there were doubts left, I gained the knowledge that these wonderful allies/agents were looking after my best interest. That was more meaningful to me. Additionally, Lee explained very clearly what I was signing and what it meant, gathered quotes/estimates quickly, and shared her expansive knowledge and experience for guidance, which I appreciated. After finally found my future home, Lee brainstormed effective strategies which could help me get the home. And I did. The next process was very smooth and very organized. The transition from the make-an-offer to obtaining the mortgage could not be any more seamless. I am very blessed to have crossed path with the Maciujec team, and would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat.
