I began my real estate career in Casper, Wyoming, in 2000, where I was fortunate to help numerous families buy and sell their homes over 18 years. During this time, I gained invaluable experience working with exceptional brokers and agents, learning to thrive in an ever-changing market. My career has provided me with expertise in vacant land, new construction, and property management, enabling me to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. In 2018, I returned to my roots in China Spring, Texas, moving back to the family ranch that has been our homestead since 1887. As the Director of Agent Services and a licensed Realtor at Weichert Realtor's the Eastland Group, I focus on recruiting and supporting agents while promoting the Weichert Realtors name in Waco and the surrounding areas. Beyond my professional responsibilities, I take pride in our ranch’s brand, Talbert Ranch Beef, which provides pasture-raised, corn-finished beef to our local community.
