If you are working with a real estate agent, they should be collecting all of this information for you prior to negotiating a sale with a prospective buyer and never disclose anything about your situation that would give a buyer the advantage in negotiations with you. Agents who receive advance training in negotiation skills and strategies will be able to represent your interests very skillfully. Look for an agent who has their Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation.
