apartment was just over 800 square feet. What was so special about the home? It was covered in Budweiser cans, from the ceiling to the walls, as reported by FoxNews.com, the listing agent Kristin Adams-Kearney with Kearney & Associates Realty, the entire home was stacked in cans of Bud. Only the bathrooms were without Budweiser cans. "It took him 16 years to consume enough beverages and finish this project," the Facebook post from Kearney & Associates Realty reads. The listing was cleverly marketed, according to the New York Post, Kearney stated, "this is the most unique property we have ever sold." The home is now dubbed the 'House of Budweiser' There are no set rules of when to sell homes, however there are better times when to put a home on the market, warmer seasons tend to have more people out looking for a home. Just like more leasing is typically done in the warmer months from spring to summer. More often than not buyers generally do not purchase in the colder months, face it moving period is difficult enough, no one wants to move when there is 3 feet of snow on the ground. Better deals are to be had in the winter time, sellers don't like to run up a heating bill when there is no one occupying the house. People get new jobs or are transferred or decide to move because of family situations all the time, at any time of year and are in need of housing, which of course happens, at any time of the year. Your home’s value will be based on the sale price of similar homes purchased recently at the time you decide to sell. In fall 2020, The Wall Street Journal mentioned statistics from the National Association of Realtors, existing-home sales rose 4.3% from September to October, to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 6.85 million, the highest level since February 2006. The bottom line is that you decide the asking price of your home, either by yourself or with the help of a real estate professional.
