My ex-husband was in jail at the time I needed to get the house sold to finalize my divorce. I couldn’t afford to keep the house going with just my income. We were receiving power of sale notices from our bank. I thought I was going to lose everything and I was totally freaking out. Mike was able to get me some money from private lenders he knows that kept us out of power of sale. He worked with our lawyers and had to go to the jail to get my ex-husband to sign the documents.
