Resources The process of selling a home can be stressful, even if you’re working with a professional real estate agent, like myself. Chances are, you’ll have to hire various professionals throughout the process, either to prepare your home for sale, or to fix any of the numerous issues that can pop up in a home inspection. The last thing you want to do is hire an unreliable contractor who delays — or even ruins — your home sale. I’ve experienced firsthand the work of numerous local contractors and professionals. I know which companies will produce the highest-quality work, and which ones to avoid. In this section, I’ve provided you with a list of resources, along with a brief explanation of how each one can help you have the ultimate home-selling experience. I have either personally worked with each contractor that I recommend, I have a valued client that has used and recommends them, or I have thoroughly researched reviews on the vendors.
