About Gigi Holmes I believe that being of service to others is a very important calling and I strive to work toward what is in the best interest of my clients, friends and family in all situations. I moved to South Tampa from St. Joseph, Michigan over 30 years ago and know the Tampa Bay area and local real estate market quite well. I originally got my real estate license in May of 2006, just in time for the crash. It made it pretty tough to get started LOL! In 2009, I became a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and managed Homeowner Associations for just about ten years. After leaving that profession, I joined the Century 21 Beggins Enterprises brokerage, and work out of the South Tampa Office. In addition to being a realtor, I have a very in-depth knowledge of HOA management and the pros and cons of living an an association run community.
