Penny Neil - A GUIDE TO SELLING YOUR INHERITED HOUSE

About Penny Penny was raised in Roanoke, VA with one younger sister. As a child, Penny had aspirations of being a Stable owner and horseback riding instructor. Later, she earned her Horse Master's Certificate and bought a farm in Botetourt Co. where she boarded horses, taught riding lessons for Roanoke College, showed, hunted with both the Rockbridge and Bedford Hunts, and raised and trained race and show horses. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Penny learned at a young age, through taking care of horses, that work can be very rewarding. So that’s what she did. And she has worked hard at everything she has done. As the years went by, Penny worked her way through many different jobs to having her own stable, then driving a tractor- trailer but settled in to being a REALTOR, never wavering in her resolve to put other people first in helping them realize their dreams. Penny got into the real estate industry 33 years ago when her grandmother's house was going to be sold. She started with the best company in the Roanoke area at that time and received very good training from them. She moved to MKB REALTORS in 2014 which she now thinks is the best company in the area. MKB continues to provide great training to their agents weekly as things change locally or nationally in the industry. As her career advanced, Penny found that she enjoys working with all different types of buyers and sellers. She’s very good at finding what a buyer is looking for and in setting the right price on listings. She does not push you into buying or selling rather
