Working with Chaunyce Thomas was a great experience. Chaunyce did a fantastic job. She walks me through the entire process which made it easy BECAUSE I never leased a unit before. The process was quick, efficient, and VERY professional. I like her approach, and she did a great job showcasing the unit online with pictures, video, and virtual tour. During the COVID-19 period, she was able to find the right tenant for my investment property. I was very satisfied. Afterwards, she reaches out from time to time to check in on me.
