About the Author
Angela Carpinella is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience guiding clients through every phase of the buying and selling process. From first-time homeowners to seasoned investors and second-home buyers, Angela has helped individuals and families build, protect, and transfer wealth through real estate. Her true passion lies in serving families experiencing major life transitions—particularly those navigating the complexities of inherited property and estate sales. With a background in project management and new construction, Angela brings a rare blend of big-picture strategy and boots-on-the-ground coordination to her work. She is known for her compassionate, hands-on approach, often acting as both advisor and project manager for executors, personal representatives, and family members tasked with preparing a loved one’s home for sale. Originally from Ottawa, Kansas, Angela is a proud graduate of the University of Kansas and has called Atlanta home since 1996. She and her husband have been married for 29 years and raised two children together. Outside of real estate, Angela enjoys hiking, reading, restoring historic homes, cooking, and traveling. A committed community advocate, Angela lends her time and talents as a volunteer and fundraising leader for several Atlanta- based nonprofits, including the Atlanta Women’s Foundation, Zoo Atlanta, The Arthritis Foundation, and The Atlanta Boy Choir.
