About us.... Together we have multiple years and a plethora of experience in the Real Estate industry. Kathy Wolfe: Kathy started as a Commercial Agent in the mid-80's, then added Residential Real Estate Agent to her resume nine years later. She was asked by Keller Williams to be their broker in 2012, and saw the company go from 37 agents to over 200 in just a few years. She also started inspecting homes with her husband Steve in the early 2000's and got her Kentucky Home Inspection license in 2005. Kathy's personal stuff: Kathy and Steve met in the Civil Air Patrol. Both had children there as cadets. Kathy was a Squadron Commander, and a specialist in both ground and aerial searches and taught aerial search for several years. Kathy left the Civil Air Patrol as a Lt Colonel. She has one son that has over 26 years in the active Air Force. Kathy's hobbies include performing belly dance and she loves Bluegrass music and likes to RV to summer Bluegrass Festivals. She (sometimes) plays mandolin or ukulele to join in. • Started as a commercial agent in 1985 • Switched to residential in 1994 • Taught pre-license classes for sales and brokers at a local real estate school. • Became a broker in 2010 and opened her own real estate company. • Went to work for Keller Williams as their Residential and Commercial Broker in 2012 for Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, brokering over 200 agents at once. • Helped start a Home Inspection company in 2000. Also has instructed at a training school for home inspectors. v
