Kathy and Steve Wolfe - HOW TO SELL HOMES FAST FOR TOP DOLLAR

• Got her Kentucky Home Inspection license in 2005 and was licensed until 2019 Steve Wolfe: Steve spent 20 years in the Marines and the Marine Reserves. He is a Gulf War veteran, and was a Company Gunny for three different companies, including in Desert Storm. Steve also worked one year as a contractor in 2008 in Iraq. Steve left the Marines in 1995 as a Gunnery Sergeant. Steve joined civil Air Patrol in 1995 with his kids, and met Kathy there in 1997. He has been both a ground and aerial instructor and was a Search Pilot. He was also a Squadron Commander for over four years. Steve left the Civil Air Patrol as a Major. Steve was licensed in 1986 as a Master Electrician, receiving the training on his GI Bill, started working in the Real Estate industry as a Home Inspector in 1997, then as a Realtor in 2015. Steve started out licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. Steve is a fiddler and does the same Bluegrass things as Kathy. He also enjoys beekeeping and occasionally climbing up a roof whether Kathy likes it or not. • Became a Home Inspector in 1997 and operated as one until Kathy made him retire from it in 2022. She said a quarter century of climbing steep roofs was enough. • Taught Home Inspection school at the same time as Kathy • Became licensed as a Realtor in 2015 in Ohio and Kentucky
